I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, situated in a great neighborhood with easy access to various amenities. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. I particularly loved the mini-bar stocked with a wide range of drinks. The highlight of the room was the cozy balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The bathroom was modern and had glass walls that could be closed with curtains for privacy. The in-room safe and patio added an extra layer of convenience and comfort. Moreover, the staff members were extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay.
This place is definitely recommended to all.

Convenient and inexpensive
No tea bags in the room. Telephone did not work, so in order to get teabags I had to put on the dressing gown and walk to the reception/coffee bar to ask for teabags. In the morning the staff cleaning the next room to ours were talking in very loud tones. The hotel information states that shower gel is supplied. We were informed by Primrose that this is not true. The toilet in the room we were offered did not have a door and was open to the bedroom. This is a major problem for every travelling couple I have ever spoken to. Primrose then showed us to a room which had a door to the toilet, although this was glass sided and open to view, unless the curtains were drawn. The fried eggs at breakfast were overdone and were very rubbery.

We loved every little detail of the Concierge. What a fabulously designed accomdation - and the freedom cafe was out of this world cool. Food was AMAZING!

The hotel was an incredible find for my weekend getaway. The rooms were well-equipped with cozy beds dressed in fresh linens, and the decor was chic and trendy. I particularly enjoyed the yummy breakfast served on a lovely terrace with delicious coffee. the staff was friendly and effective and were always available to assist us with our requests promptly.
I must note that the hotel's location wasn't ideal, and the neighborhood was less than pleasant. The second negative was that the hotel lacked adequate soundproofing.

Extremely friendly staff, great design elements, awesome shower! The food served at the Freedom Cafe esp the breakfast, is really yummy and well presented!
I added a special request for an iron and ironing board for our room when I booked with The Concierge. Nothing was placed in our room and so I put forward a second request at the hotel itself. No iron and ironing board arrived! My hubbie had a cold shower on the last day of our stay as there was insufficient hot water for the 3 rooms in our wing. The rooms are not very well soundproofed as conversations held by our fellow guests in rooms next door could be heard along with TV noise etc. Only plunder coffee available in the rooms - no tea supplied off the mark. We also did not have milk in our room for the first two mornings and had to request this from the cafe.

Modern and clean, and good value for money. Breakfast is a nice change from the ordinary
They need to do some minor maintenance. The blinds in my room were falling down and broken, light bulbs not working, TV remote eye fallen off Tv etc.

Our romantic escape was pleasant, with friendly and welcoming staff. the restaurant offered a delicious and eclectic menu with options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. the bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view. We enjoyed the convenient location being in close proximity to shops and local attractions including the beach.
The cleanliness of some of the areas of the hotel could have been better and the bathroom could have been more spacious. the room was a bit noisy due to nearby construction which disturbed our relaxation.

The staff were fantastic; I did not stay in Durban long but the Concierge Boutique Bungalows were very comfortable with a nice design. Great coffee bar at the reception area.
The rooms were a bit small and some may not like that there is no separation between the bedroom and bathroom besides a curtain.

I had a fantastic stay at the Concierge Boutique Bungalows. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. The on-site restaurant, the Freedom Cafe, was a highlight, serving delicious food with unique twists. The location was also great, close to the famous Florida Road where we enjoyed a lovely evening walk. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway.

Internet availability. Nice room and well equipped. The people working in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
Room TV had no signal Salt and pepper containers at restaurant not hygienic. Everybody take their pinch although their hands might not have been washed. The restuarant were slow in serving breakfast.
